Mary has actively participated in the monitoring, surveying and training interdepartmental staff in the proper cleaning, decontamination and sterilization practices and has been highly committed to the standardization of interdepartmental processes. Mary is an educator and has published several articles related to central sterile and surgical services. Upon her major accomplishments are implementing lean six sigma principles in CSS, developing a continuing education and certification program for her department, increasing efficiencies in inventory turns in supply distribution, developing a management training program for the supervisory staff, developing performance improvement teams between surgical services and central sterile and winning the hospital team award, received the 2006 National Central Service of the year award given by Health Purchasing News and most recently being awarded the 2007 IAHCSMM Educator of the year award. She also was named by Hospital Purchasing News in 2007 as one of the 30 most influential people within the field of Central Service.

Damien has worked over 18 years in the medical industry with his career covering a multitude of specialties (EMT, Combat Medic, Surgical Tech, Sports Therapist, and Sterile Processing Tech).  He now dedicates his time to the sterile processing industry. Not only is he an active member of IAHCSMM, he is also an AAMI voting board member on ST79 (hospital steam sterilization) and serves as Co-Chair on ST77 (rigid containers). Rose is the President/CEO of Seavey Healthcare Consulting, Inc, and formerly the Director of the Sterile Processing Department at The Children's Hospital of Denver . Ms Seavey was elected to the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN) Board of Directors for 2008-2010. She was honored with AORN's award for Outstanding Achievement in Clinical Nurse Education in 2001. Rose served as the President of the American Society of Healthcare Central Service Professionals (ASHCSP) in 2003 and is the 2002 recipient of ASHCSP

National Educator of the Year award. Rose was selected as one of the Who's Who in Infection Prevention in 2006 by Infection Control Today.

Ms Seavey was selected for the AAMI National Nominating Committee for 2011-2014 and is a member of several AAMI working group committees that are developing recommended practices. Rose is a co-chair for the ANSI/AAMI Working Group for Hospital Steam Sterilizers performance standards. In addition she has lectured and authored many articles on various topics relating to perioperative services and sterile processing, locally, nationally and internationally.

Diane Gosser is a 25-year veteran in the field of medical sales and marketing. Diane holds a B.S. in Secondary Education from Missouri State University and attended Webster University Business School. Diane began her career at Calgon Corporation as an Infection Control Market Specialist calling on the Sterile Processing departments and Infection Preventionist. Diane has held sales management, marketing, and corporate training positions in many healthcare corporations. Her sales and marketing efforts have focused on cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of medical devices. She is a member of IAHCSMM, and chaired their Vendor Advisory Board for several years. Wava Truscott, PhD is Director of Medical Sciences & Education for Kimberly-Clark Health Care. Her doctorate is in Comparative Pathology emphasizing Microbiology, Immunology, and Pathology. Formerly she evaluated safety and efficacy of medical devices and supplies at MIDECO (Nelson Laboratories) and co-authored the Microbiological section of the AAMI Sterilization Recommended Practices .

Charles J. Ciullo, CSPDT, CSPDS, is a 25-year veteran in sterile processing and serves as the Director of Sterile Processing for Potomac Labs. His years of practice experience include holding the positions of Lead Technician, Operating Room Liaison, and Sterile Processing Supervisor. Mr. Ciullo has trained and supervised central sterile technicians in a wide array of environments, including large Level 1 trauma hospitals, regional medical centers and ambulatory surgical centers. His leadership experiences also include directing the set up of multiple ambulatory surgical centers for initial and subsequent New Jersey state inspections.

Colorado State University and is a Master Sergeant in the National Guard. During his time in service, Damien served in the Iraqi war where he worked as a senior combat medic. All these skills and time spent helping others gives him a unique understanding of the challenges of leadership, what it takes to break the barriers of communication and understanding the issues facing those who work with or for sterile processing departments.
