As Seminar Chairperson, Lee once again did a fantasic job of arranging for new speakers for the seminar and then keeping the programs on track and on time during the seminar.  A high percentage of people who completed the Overall Seminar Evaluation stated that the seminar was well organized and the Speakers were very informative.   Kudos to Lee for an outstanding job in making sure the seminar was enjoyable for all who attended.

Overall Evaluation of the Seminar
The Board Members of Golden West Central Service and Healthcare Chapter review your seminar evaluations thoroughly and discuss your comments and suggestions for future seminars. 

While we take pleasure in knowing that overall you are very satisfied with the seminar experience, we also seriously consider your constructive criticisms and suggestions for improvement.  We are an all-volunteer, non-profit educational organization which endeavors to provide a valuable and enjoyable educational experience while trying to keep the cost of the seminar as low as possible for the attendees.  Many of the suggestions received in the evaluations would add significant cost for the seminar, such as coffee and continental breakfast be provided through all sessions of the seminar. Other suggestions inspire the Board Members to find ways to incorporate the suggestions in the plans for the seminars..

Some comments and suggestions were made applauding this year's vendors as there were some new faces and companies with new products to explore while other attendees' remarks indicated seeing the new products was interesting but too much time is spent on the vendors as most of you are not in the position to purchase or even recommend new products at your facilities.  If you found yourself interested in the new products, you might want to encourage people at your facilities who are able to make purchasing recommendations for equipment or products that will help you in Central Service to attend the next seminar.  The "Vendor Show" date/time will be announced prior to the seminar so the people at your facility could plan to attend the one day set aside for the vendor show.
